Can Snow Leopard work on a Windows Vista Machine?

I have a Windows Vista computer the specs are:
AMD Athlon(tm) 64x2 Dual Core Processor 4000+ 2.10GHz
1.00 GB Ram and a 32-bit operating system,
And a NVIDIA video card.

And I was wondering is there a way to install Snow Leopard on to the computer without crashing it. I know I've seen a computer with both windows and the mac operating software on it before, but I was wondering if it would work on my computer. And I don't recall if it was a Windows machine or a Mac Machine. Any help would be grateful. Thanks.

each time a description of the change, there is always plenty to talk about around the world. they are not exempt. a statement usually are: "i have to change almost immediately versions, so do not expect me to date continue to attack ..
